These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) along with privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) forms a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between You and us (https://lionsbattle.com/). Hence, we insist that you read these Terms and Privacy Policy and let us know if you have any questions. We will try our best to answer your queries.
A. USERS’ APPROVAL
1. Users approve of and accept our Agreement by:
(a) Reading all terms and conditions
(b) Reading all game rules of this app
2. Users may accept this Agreement only if:
(a) Such User is a natural person of legal age (18 years or older), eligibility, and mental capacity to form a binding contract.
(b) Such User is not a resident of restricted states: Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland.
(c) Such User is a juristic person, lawfully existing with all authorizations and permits.
(d) Such User is not legally barred or restricted from using the App.
3. You understand that you must not use the App if you do not understand, approve of, or accept all terms specified in this Agreement.
4. In case of conflict between terms of any separate written agreement and this Agreement, the terms of the separate written agreement shall prevail.
B. PROVISION OF THE APP (GAMES OF SKILL)
1. Section 12 of the Public Gambling Act, 1867 provides that games of mere skill are exempt from the application of the Act. The Supreme Court of India has held that a game of skill is one in which the element of skill predominates over chance.
2. Users must note that ‘Ludo’ challenges available on our platform are ‘Games of Skill’ under Indian law. We do not support or offer ‘games of chance’ for money.
State Restrictions: Residents of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Telangana, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, and those residing outside India are strictly prohibited from participating. Access to the platform is geo-restricted for these states.
3. Game rules are clearly defined on this platform. Users are encouraged to read, understand, and follow these rules to succeed.
4. Success in games is directly dependent on the User’s effort, strategy, adroitness, and performance.
C. GAME RULES & VERIFICATION
1. Screen Recording Mandatory: Users must record every game. If any player is found hacking or cheating, contact support with your full video recording.
2. Cancellation Proof: If a game did not start and you haven't played a single move, you must present the screen recording to support for game cancellation.
3. If you do not possess valid video proof against an opponent's cheating or game error, the match will be considered as lost.
4. If you have not moved a single pawn or no pawn has opened at home, your game is eligible for cancellation upon proof.
5. If an opponent intentionally leaves the match during the opening stage without valid reason/proof, you will be awarded the win.
D. DEPOSIT & WITHDRAWAL
1. Players can deposit balance into their platform wallet using supported payment methods.
Important Security Notice: If any suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on your account, we reserve the right to temporarily block your account. Contact admins to verify your identity and unblock.
2. Players can request withdrawals directly to their verified bank or UPI account from the app.
3. Any incorrect payment or UPI details entered by you cannot be refunded. Always double check your payment credentials.
4. If a withdrawal request shows pending status, please allow 1 to 5 working days for banking clearance.
E. PENALTY FOR WRONG RESULT UPDATES
1. False result updates: If you post a wrong or deceptive result after a match, penalties apply:
• Matches below ₹1000: 10% penalty
• Matches ₹1000 to ₹5000: ₹50 flat penalty
• Matches ₹5000 to ₹15000: ₹100 flat penalty
2. If you fail to update match results after losing, a ₹25 flat penalty will be charged.
3. Single Account Policy: Players are strictly allowed only one registered account. Multiple accounts result in permanent ban and forfeiture of balance.
